Welcome to AirDealio. By accessing or using this website (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Disclaimer (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About AirDealio

AirDealio is a travel comparison platform. We display flight, hotel and car rental prices and information gathered from third-party airlines, travel agents, hotel providers and booking partners (“Travel Partners”). AirDealio is not a travel agency, airline, hotel operator or booking provider — we do not sell tickets, process bookings, or handle payments directly.

When you click through to book, you are taken to the Travel Partner’s own website, and your booking is made directly with them, subject to their own terms and conditions.

2. No Booking Relationship

AirDealio does not enter into any contract with you for the purchase of flights, hotels, car rentals or any other travel product. Our role is limited to displaying comparative information to help you make a decision. Once you leave AirDealio to complete a booking, all aspects of that transaction — including payment, confirmation, changes, refunds and cancellations — are governed solely by the Travel Partner’s terms and policies.

3. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate, up-to-date pricing and travel information. However:

  • Prices, availability, taxes, fees and travel details are supplied by third parties and can change without notice.
  • The final price you see on a Travel Partner’s website may differ from the price initially displayed on AirDealio due to currency conversion, dynamic pricing, seasonal changes or partner-side updates.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currentness of any listing, deal or package shown on the Site.

You should always confirm final pricing, terms and travel details directly with the Travel Partner before completing a booking.

4. Affiliate Disclosure

AirDealio may earn a commission when you click through and book with a Travel Partner. This comes at no additional cost to you and does not affect the price you pay. Commission arrangements do not influence the accuracy of prices displayed, though the order or prominence of certain deals may be influenced by commercial relationships.

5. No Financial or Travel Advice

Content on AirDealio, including deal listings, destination guides and blog articles, is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute travel, financial, visa, health or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying entry requirements, visas, vaccinations, travel insurance and any other conditions relevant to your trip.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirDealio (including its owners, employees and affiliates) is not liable for:

Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
